TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms establish the General Conditions for the use and the General Conditions of Sale of products from the website www.artisanistudio.pt.

Browsing the website and/or purchasing any product through it implies acceptance of these general conditions.

These general conditions of sale are agreed between Rita Gonçalves and the consumer making purchases through the website www.artisanistudio.pt.

The use of the website www.artisanistudio.pt and the purchase of products imply knowledge, understanding, and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Artisani Studio reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and with immediate effect, to update or remove, partially or entirely, these Terms and Conditions.

OWNERSHIP OF THE ONLINE STORE

The domain and online store, designated as www.artisanistudio.pt, is owned by Rita Gonçalves, with fiscal address at Rua do Picotinho, 30, Medas, holder of NIF 259652954.

PRICE INFORMATION

Service charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the total value of the selected products.

The retail prices indicated in the online store are presented in euros (€) and are subject to the Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable legal rate. The value of this tax is always included in our prices.

The customer will be informed of these charges before confirming the order and completing the purchase process.

Artisani Studio reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, it commits to apply the rates and prices indicated at the time the purchase order is made.

In case of a computer, manual, technical, or any other type of error that causes an unintentional substantial change in the retail price, the purchase order will be considered invalid and cancelled.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product. To ensure that the return is accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in the same condition as when it was received, without signs of use, damage, or wear.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging or in packaging that ensures proper protection of the item during shipping.

To initiate the return process, please send us an email at geral@artisanistudio.pt with the following information:

  • Order number.
  • Reason for the return.
  • Photos of the product (if applicable).

Once we receive your message, we will confirm the return and provide you with instructions on how to send the product back.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part (e.g., incorrect product sent). We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure the return safely reaches us. We are not responsible for returns that are lost during transit.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Despite all the care we take in creating and shipping our products, if you notice any defect or damage upon receiving your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Send us an email with the order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective product. We will handle the situation with the highest priority, and if the defect is confirmed, we will send a replacement product or refund the purchase price, including shipping costs.

REFUNDS

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you by email about the status of the return. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on the payment method and your bank's policies.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURN POLICY

Customized or made-to-order products (such as candles with personalized scents or designs) are not eligible for return, except in the case of a defect.

The following payment methods are available in the online store: Credit Card, Multibanco, MB WAY, Payshop, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.

In order to continually improve the services provided, Artisani Studio will aim to address and resolve any complaints presented by customers within 5 (five) business days via email at artisani_studio@outlook.com.
