These General Terms are agreed between the professional Ana Rita Cunha Ferreira Gonçalves, hereinafter referred to as Rita Gonçalves, and the Consumer who acquires products or services through her online pages.
The use of this website and the purchase of any product or service implies the Consumer’s knowledge, understanding and acceptance of these General Terms of Sale.

Price Information
The retail prices shown on this website are presented in euros (€) and are exempt from VAT under the legal regime applicable.
Product and service prices shown on this website may be changed at any time.
Rita Gonçalves reserves the right to update prices without prior notice.

Rita Gonçalves reserves the right to correct, at her own discretion, any error or omission on this website without prior notice.
For products and services sold through Hotmart, the following payment methods may be available: Debit/credit card, MB WAY, Multibanco reference, PayPal, two-card payment, Hotmart Balance and Klarna. Availability may vary depending on the product, buyer's country and Hotmart settings.
For services provided directly by Rita Gonçalves and not hosted on Hotmart (or any other sales platform), payments must be made via MB WAY or bank transfer (upon request).
Artisani Studio (Shopify)
Available payment methods: Credit/debit card, MB WAY, Multibanco, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayShop and Shop Pay.
Customers must use only the payment methods listed above.
If paying by bank transfer, the Consumer will receive an email with the necessary details to complete the transaction.
If paying by MB WAY, the Consumer must include their name in the payment description and send the respective amount to the contact provided (upon request).
Refunds, Exchanges and Returns Policy
For distance purchases, the Consumer has 14 consecutive days to exercise their Right of Withdrawal and communicate their decision to cancel the purchase, except in situations where the parties agree otherwise or when exceptions apply under Article 17 of Law 24/2014.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These general conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this agreement shall be submitted to the Judicial Court of the District of Porto, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the Consumer may resort to one of the Consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution entities.
