All Artisani Studio products are handcrafted, with the care and time each piece deserves.
The average processing time is 3 to 5 business days.

During high-demand periods (such as Christmas), production time may be slightly longer, but we always guarantee the same level of quality and dedication in every order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the total weight of the order and the selected shipping method.

Mainland Portugal — Standard

Up to 5 kg → €4.90
5.01 kg to 10 kg → €5.90
10.01 kg to 15 kg → €6.90
15.01 kg to 20 kg → €7.90
20.01 kg to 25 kg → €8.90

Islands (Azores & Madeira) — Standard

Up to 1 kg → €8.90
1.01 kg to 5 kg → €9.50
5.01 kg to 10 kg → €12.50
10.01 kg to 15 kg → €16.50
15.01 kg to 20 kg → €19.90
20.01 kg to 25 kg → €23.50

Mainland Portugal — Express

Up to 5 kg → €5.90
5.01 kg to 10 kg → €6.90
10.01 kg to 15 kg → €8.50
15.01 kg to 20 kg → €9.50
20.01 kg to 25 kg → €10.50

Islands (Azores & Madeira) — Express

Up to 1 kg → €14.90
1.01 kg to 5 kg → €27.50

Delivery Times

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout:

• Standard: up to 2 business days after dispatch
• Express: delivered on the next business day after dispatch

These timeframes apply to Mainland Portugal and the Islands.

• The delivery times above are estimates and may vary due to external factors (strikes, carrier delays, weather conditions, etc.).
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or absence at delivery, reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
